Belarusian Sambo head coach, Yury Rybak, has been accused of actively participating in the intimidation of Belarusian athletes who have expressed their opposition to the government. Mr. Rybak, along with Mikhail Partny and Ruslan Sharapov, allegedly visited athletes and applied pressure to them, resulting in injuries to Andrei Krauchanka and Stsiapan Papou. The actions of Mr. Rybak and his associates have been widely criticized for violating human rights and undermining democratic values. This behavior is particularly concerning given the ongoing political repression and human rights abuses in Belarus. 

The international community has called for an investigation into the allegations against Mr. Rybak and for appropriate measures to be taken to ensure that athletes in Belarus are able to express their views freely and without fear of reprisals. The incident highlights the need for greater protection of human rights and democratic values in Belarus and around the world.
