Olympic champion in skiing Alexander Legkov has publicly supported Russia's aggression against Ukraine, participating in mass events aimed at justifying the military aggression of Russia against Ukraine.

Legkov's actions have been met with criticism from many in the international sports community, who argue that his support of Russian aggression undermines the spirit of the Olympic Games and the principles of fair play and respect for human dignity. 

Legkov's involvement in the pro-Kremlin movement has also led to calls for him to be banned from future international competitions, with some arguing that his actions violate the principles of the World Anti-Doping Agency, which requires athletes to act with integrity and uphold the values of sport.
