«Хаби майбутнього»: реалізуємо принципи безбар’єрності для молоді

Відбулося перше у 2026 році засідання Ради безбар’єрності, яке зібрало представників уряду, голів профільних комітетів Верховної Ради, представників ООН, Ради Європи, міжнародних партнерів, очільників ОВА, голів громад та громадських діячів для обговорення безбар'єрності як стандарту сучасної державної політики.

Захід проходив за участі Першої леді України Олени Зеленської та під головуванням Прем’єр-міністерки України Юлії Свириденко. Засідання модерувала радниця – уповноважена Президента України з питань безбар’єрності Тетяна Ломакіна.

Перша леді України Олена Зеленська на початку зазначила: «За п’ять років у темі безбар’єрності було пройдено багато. Від перших кроків, перших дискусій на цю тему, коли для багатьох вона розкрилася ширше, ніж тема про людей з інвалідністю, і до сьогоднішнього етапу, на якому кожне міністерство реалізує власний проєкт безбар’єрності. Загалом – 25 проєктів, які охоплюють усі сфери суспільного життя».

Міністр молоді та спорту України Матвій Бідний доповів про реалізацію флагманського проєкту «Хаби майбутнього».

«Наше ключове завдання – створити умови, за яких молодь зможе зробити власний усвідомлений вибір для самореалізації і реалізувати його саме в Україні. «Хаби майбутнього» – це інвестиція у людський капітал, економічну стійкість громад і конкурентоспроможність держави. Це практичний крок до реалізації політики безбар’єрності як політики рівних можливостей», — наголосив Матвій Бідний.

Модель «Хабу майбутнього» передбачає, що кожна молода людина отримає тут допомогу у формуванні індивідуального плану життєвої траєкторії, розвиток економічної самозарадності, підтримку у професійному самовизначенні, та підтримуюче середовище, включно з наставництвом «рівний рівному», менторством, кейс-менеджментом та залученням батьків.

Міністерство молоді та спорту України продовжує активно працювати над створенням умов для рівного доступу молоді до можливостей розвитку та професійної реалізації, інтегруючи принципи безбар’єрності у молодіжну політику на всіх рівнях.

Проєкт Міністерства молоді та спорту України «Хаби майбутнього» реалізується в межах Національної стратегії зі створення безбар’єрного простору в Україні, яка втілюється за ініціативою першої леді Олени Зеленської.

“Future Hubs”: implementing barrier-free principles for young people

The first 2026 meeting of the Barrier-Free Council took place, bringing together representatives of the government, chairs of the relevant committees of the Verkhovna Rada, representatives of the UN, the Council of Europe, international partners, heads of RMAs, heads of communities, and civic activists to discuss barrier-free accessibility as a standard of modern public policy.

The event took place with the participation of the First Lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska, and was chaired by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yuliia Svyrydenko. The meeting was moderated by the adviser – the President of Ukraine’s commissioner for barrier-free accessibility, Tetiana Lomakina.

At the beginning, the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska noted: “In five years, a great deal has been done in the field of barrier-free accessibility. From the first steps, the first discussions on this topic, when for many it opened more broadly than the topic of people with disabilities, to today’s stage, in which every ministry is implementing its own barrier-free project. In total – 25 projects that cover all spheres of public life.”

The Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, Matvii Bidnyi, reported on the implementation of the flagship project “Future Hubs”.

“Our key task is to create conditions in which young people will be able to make their own conscious choice for self-realization and realize it precisely in Ukraine. ‘Future Hubs’ are an investment in human capital, the economic resilience of communities, and the competitiveness of the state. This is a practical step toward implementing a barrier-free policy as a policy of equal opportunities,” Matvii Bidnyi emphasized.

The “Future Hub” model envisages that every young person there will receive assistance in shaping an individual life-trajectory plan, developing economic self-reliance, support in professional self-determination, and a supportive environment, including “peer-to-peer” guidance, mentorship, case management, and parental involvement.

The Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine continues to actively work on creating conditions for equal youth access to development opportunities and professional realization, integrating barrier-free principles into youth policy at all levels.

The Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine’s “Future Hubs” project is being implemented within the framework of the National Strategy for Creating a Barrier-Free Space in Ukraine, which is being carried out at the initiative of the First Lady Olena Zelenska.
