Уряд презентував нові рішення для розвитку безбар’єрного простору на виїзному засіданні в Бородянці

У Бородянці за участі Першої леді України Олени Зеленської відбулося виїзне засідання Ради безбар’єрності під головуванням Прем’єр-міністерки Юлії Свириденко.

Серед учасників – представники Уряду, зокрема Міністр молоді та спорту України Матвій Бідний, голови профільних комітетів Верховної Ради, посли, представники системи ООН, Ради Європи, ВООЗ та інших міжнародних організацій в Україні, начальники ОВА та представники територіальних громад.

«Зараз настав момент, коли всі наші документи й проєкти мають зробити найважливіше – ожити в реальних громадах. Там, де люди йдуть на роботу, ведуть дітей у школу, приходять у лікарні, магазини, по державні послуги. Так формується щоденне враження людини про турботу держави та її роботу», – наголосила Перша леді.

Учасники засідання представили результати втілення  Національної стратегії створення безбарʼєрного простору в Україні у різних сферах. 

Міністерства  мали можливість презентувати флагманські проєкти та продемонструвати реальні результати роботи. Представники громад України розповіли про те, як безбарʼєрні проєкти працюють на місцях. 

Крім того у рамках засідання Ради безбарʼєрності Уряд ухвалив рішення, що сприятимуть розвитку безбарʼєрного простору. 

«Це продовження системної політики в рамках Національної стратегії безбарʼєрності. Над нею працюють усі міністерські команди Уряду. Війна не зменшує потребу в якісному інклюзивному доступі до послуг. Навпаки – вона її суттєво загострює. Тому завдання Уряду –  продовжувати робити середовище доступним для людей в усіх сферах життя, з рівними умовами та повагою до кожної людини», – зауважила Премʼєр-міністерка.

Підбиваючи підсумки засідання Перша леді наголосила: «Коли всі ми визнаємо, що безбар’єрність – про кожного з нас, що «людина з особливими потребами» – це не хтось чужий і невідомий, а насправді абсолютно кожен на різних етапах життя чи навіть протягом одного дня, тільки тоді ми зможемо створити не формальну, а справжню безбар’єрність. Саме тому гасло нашої інформкампанії – «Безбар’єрність – це коли можеш», бо створюємо можливості для всіх».

Міністерство молоді та спорту України продовжує активну роботу в межах реалізації Національної стратегії зі створення безбар’єрного простору. Зокрема, втілюючи флагманський проєкт «Активні парки: локації безбар’єрного дозвілля (адаптивний спорт)» ми доводимо, що активним може бути кожен і кожна.

The Government Presented New Solutions for Advancing a Barrier-Free Environment at an Offsite Meeting in Borodianka

An offsite meeting of the Council on Barrier-Free Development, chaired by Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko and attended by First Lady Olena Zelenska, was held in Borodianka.

Among the participants were representatives of the Government including Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine Matvii Bidnyi, as well as heads of relevant parliamentary committees, ambassadors, representatives of the UN system, the Council of Europe, WHO and other international organisations, along with regional military administration heads and community representatives.

“Now is the moment when all our documents and projects must do the most important thing – come alive in real communities. In the places where people go to work, take their children to school, come to hospitals, shops, or for public services. This is how people form their everyday impression of the state’s care and its work,” emphasised the First Lady.

Participants of the meeting presented the results of implementing the National Strategy for Creating a Barrier-Free Environment in Ukraine across various spheres.

Ministries showcased their flagship projects and demonstrated concrete results. Community representatives shared how barrier-free initiatives are being implemented locally.

In addition, during the Council meeting on Barrier-Free Development, the Government adopted several decisions aimed at further strengthening the development of a barrier-free environment.

“This is the continuation of a systemic policy under the National Barrier-Free Strategy. All ministerial teams are involved in this work. The war does not diminish the need for high-quality, inclusive access to services. On the contrary, it makes this need even more urgent. Therefore, the task of the Government is to continue creating accessible environments for people in all spheres of life, ensuring equal conditions and respect for every individual,” noted the Prime Minister.

Summarizing the meeting, the First Lady added: “When we all recognise that barrier-free development is about each of us – that a ‘person with special needs’ is not someone distant or unknown, but any of us at different stages of life or even during a single day – only then can we create not a formal, but a truly barrier-free society. That is why the slogan of our communication campaign is ‘Barrier-Free Means When You Can’, because we are creating opportunities for everyone.”

The Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine continues its active work under the National Strategy for Creating a Barrier-Free Environment. Through the flagship project “Active Parks: Barrier-Free Recreational Spaces (Adaptive Sports)”, the Ministry demonstrates that everyone can be active.
